Book a car at this location I had a great experience. All process, since quotation up to drop off the car was very simple and easy. Much better than I expected.

The only thing I would complain about is the Alamo adviser at the airport who was desperately trying to get me to upgrade and take out extra cover on the car when she could see in front of her that I already had all the cover that she was trying to sell me!! After realising I wasn't going to buy it, she couldn't get rid of me quick enough.

Will definitely use you again. Website very easy to use. Advised us to use Alamo Kiosks to avoid any queues. This helped us to get our car and get away from the airport faster than ever before. Alamo staff were also very helpful. Never been to a better airport than Tampa.

We said no to this, and very quickly they gave us the upgrade FOC for the duration of the trip. We liked it so much, that we will probably book the larger car next time.
