I recently had a flight cancellation (PLAY Airlines - I wont ever use them again) in returning to the UK from the States. I had originally booked a rental - a weeks rental returning to the same location. With the cancellation and having to return a day early all that went out of the window! I sent an email to US Carhire (a company I`ve used 5or 6 times now) askig what to do. Carolyn Parry of the company replied, instructed me what to do and gave me reassurance that all is OK. I did change the booking (drop off in a different State thanks to PLAY) and the period (7 to 6 days). With Carolyn`s guidance all has gone well and I have a rental to pick up! Graet service guys!!

I have been using this website for the last few years renting cars not just in Florida. I have found the website very easy to navigate and the prices excellent compared to other websites. Will definitely keep using.
Never had any issues apart from the usual trying to upsell vehicles at desk but after years of renting cars you get used to it. My policy is to check what car I need or want and then usually go one class up. Always a lot cheaper than upgrading at desk.

I used USCARHIRE from years ago, always witht the best rates. But, on my last rental I had some problems to pay due the security ystems of the banks. I sent an email to USCARHIRE asking for help to solve this, and Carolyn Parry answered me very fast and she help me to solve the problem and reserve the car. Just back from a three week stay and hired an intermediate SUV with Thrifty. Excellent service from original quote to payment and receipt of voucher. Thrifty were also great, I usually use Dollar or Alamo but very happy with the service from Thrifty.
