We have used uscarhire for 6 years in a row, very competitive rates. This year we booked a car hire from the U.K for hire in Orlando for 17 days at a good rate, paid a deposit, at the time of full payment i checked the site again because rates can fluctuate, we found the same car for a lot less!! but no problem from uscarhire, got intouch and spoke to Carolyn Parry she cancelled the prevoius booking, refunded the difference in price and made us a new booking at this better rate. What else can you ask for? Efficient & professional communication from Carolyn. Many Thanks

I have been a customer of USCarhire for many years including through the Covid lockdown. The prices are always competitive and the service is superb.
When Covid hit our holiday plans in 2020 I received an immediate full refund (far quicker than the airlines!) and this year when I wanted to change my booking the team were brilliant and made the changes for me.

Used this service in 2022 with no problems. Only issue was misleading information from rental company regarding charges for Ipass. Cost us an extra £125 after arriving home to the UK. No way of checking charges as Dollar is not on the list of toll charging companies.

Excellent Company to work with. Rental rates very competitive, and definitely cheaper than trying to rent directly with the provider. At check in I had to delay my departure to Florida by 24 hours, notified uscarhire.com of my change of plans, and after two hours I received confirmation from Customer Services (Carolyn Parry) that Alamo would “hold” my car for a further 24 hours. There were no problems from Alamo when collecting the vehicle 24 hours later.
Very prompt and friendly service from uscarhire.com. Second time that I have used them this year, and look forward to utilising their services again in the future.

Very impressed with all parts of the rental process. Queries answered promptly and helpfully. Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to Florida at the last minute because of hurricane damage to the property we had rented.

I Sent a query about my pickup time and within 10 minutes I receive a reply from Carolyn, with excellent advice.

I have booked with UScarhire several times now and every booking has been trouble free.

I have found that after searching multiple hire sites, UScarhire always offers the best comprehensive insurance cover at the best value.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for car hire in Florida.
