Very good service. On arrival at Tampa, the service was outstanding by both the young man on the Alamo desk and the shuttle bus driver. The only comment I would make is that the return address would have been much easier to find if the Weston hotel had been included in the directions

Your arrangements and advice are as usual, second to none. Warnings about Alamo in the States also valid, as every time, without exception, they will spend 5 to 10 minutes arguing with me that the car is too small and that I need an upgrade. If I disagree, they will then try to offload a smaller car on me. To avoid this I go with all paperwork including pictures of cars I have booked, and cars I haven't.!!

Just a comment about our car rental - whilst UScarhire.com ensured that the transaction was very easy, we would be hesitant to use the Four Points Orlando location again due to the condition of the vehicle we received. The inside had been cleaned, but the outside was filthy! We complained to Alamo ag the time of collection, who shrugged and said that there were no car washing facilities on site. We asked what happened if the car was dirty, they said they just rent it out in that condition and that we could take it or leave it! Clearly, we took the car but would not rent from this location again if cars are delivered in such a condition.

Otherwise, the rental went fine, thank you!

I needed to ask a few questions before booking a car in the USA. The US Car Hire site gave much more detail than most of the others where it seemed you don‚t get the detail on the options until you arrive. My queries re crossing a state line and roadside assistance were replied to promptly so I‚m happy to book and give them a go.

I have used US car hire for many years, all without problem and at excellent prices. One of the reasons beside the simplicity of booking was the excellent testimonials from people. When my airline changed flight times I found out for myself how super Roulla and the team are at responding to problems. It was only a small problem but still it was sorted fast and efficiently. I always use this company as it‚s 100% first class service. No hidden charges. This time I booked my car again with them and stupidly put the wrong details in. Was a little nervous thinking it would be a problem but no worries. Email replied to in 30 mins and sorted. Don‚t use anyone else. Best available by far.
