We have been using US Car Hire for over 10 years for all our car bookings when travelling to Orlando and cannot recommend them highly enough. Prices are always competitive, the system is super easy to use both Online and through the App, the booking conditions are easy to understand and Customer Service with Carolyn Parry is second to non. This year I cancelled 2 separate bookings 3 times, due to the dreaded COVID and price drops, and Carolyn was so responsive and quick in processing. We also had an issue with charges directly by the hire company that Carolyn sorted for us. Would never consider using anyone else. 10 out of 10 every time :) :) :)

Just thought I''d give you some feedback from our rental in California as I know you are more familiar with the situation in Florida. All pick-up locations at LAX are off-airport but the shuttle-buses are frequent although this does add 15-20 minutes to the journey each way which needs to be factored in. There is a shortage of cars in California as elsewhere and we had to wait about 20 minutes for our car, that after a long wait at the counter which appeared to be artificially long probably to reduce the apparent wait times after checking in. No skip the line option for Dollar, not at LAX anyway but no attempt at upsell, we were offered a free choice of 3 fuel options, buying a tank for $5.99/gal, not paying upfront and being charged $9.99/gal refuelling or bringing back full at no charge which we chose and only paid $4.85/gal thanks to the Gasbuddy app. Once we got the car there were no issues; we were a bit concerned that we might not get all our luggage in, we had booked a full-size car which should have enough room but there can be differences in what falls into each category so thought maybe we should have booked an SUV so were pleasantly surprised when we were given a Nissan Rogue. 2 years old with 55,000 miles on the clock, but standard for a budget brand and drove well. Look forward to using you again for our next Florida trip, likely in 2 years time.

Once again I have used this company to book my car rental (including my trips to Florida, Boston and now Los Angeles). They are not only competitive, but are so easy to communicate with. I dealt with Carolyn who was so helpful and replied to my emails straight away.

They have clear and easy to understand policies / terms / info, and warn you of certain tricks that the hire cars companies may try to get more money out you.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt that because I have had such good experiences with this company, that it was only right that I took 5 mins to highlight a really good, efficient, and trustworthy company.

I’ve used US Car Hire a number of times for my trips to the states & they regularly offer the best priced & most comprehensive car hire. Would definitely recommend them & I will be using them again.

Hi Carolyn.
Arrived back from Los Angeles yesterday and wanted to say thanks and let you know how smoothly our rental was at LAX.
After using the shuttle we were in and out of Alamo in a jiffy, having successfully used the kiosk without need for assistance from the staff on hand, the fact that it was pre-paid and all inclusive gave me peace of mind.
It is three years since I last rented in the US (with Avis) and this was a much better experience.
So all in all a good experience and I look forward to using your service for my next trip.
