We are booked again this year and were really struggling with our requirements this year plus the significant increase in hire costs. A single email to the info and I was sorted, great service and reduced my costs relative to some of my other quotations. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to hire a vehicle in the US, also you don’t get pestered at the desk to upgrade your insurance when you get there.

I have booked hire vehicles with US Car Hire for many years. When I arrive at an airport to pick up a vehicle, there has never been any query over the voucher that they have provided with all insurances etc covered. It is also very useful to have the cost fixed and payable in GBP£.

I recently needed to cancel two bookings associated with one holiday (vacation) and their administration was first class with full refund for both received back onto my credit card within a few days. I feel very comfortable and confident booking with US Car Hire and plan to book with them again on my next trip.
