I enquired about hiring a convertable for aug/sep as a suprise for my partner for a special trip to florida, I had a few questions to ask and was pleasantly surprised by the quick responce and great help I recieved from Roulla Dicarlo and wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation for the excellent customer service and hope it continues as being in the customer service trade myself I feel it boosts my confidence when a job well done is recognised.

Brilliant service once again from US Car Hire. Although I had some slight reservations about using Budget, the pick-up and drop-off of the car at Orlando airport was first rate, the care was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly economical for a full size. I would thoroughly recommend your company to anyone wishing to get an excellent deal on car hire to Florida. The website is customer friendly and easy to use; the price you see is the price you pay with no hidden extras, and the after service you receive from Roger and Roulla is second to none. I was faced with an overcharging by Alamo on collection of my car from Miami this year when they only gave me a half tank of gas, but I have received a full refund after Roulla dealt with this for me. A real confidence boost on how the company operate. I will definitely use this comapnmy for all foreign car hire, especially to the USA. Excellent prices, service and customer care. Thank you.

I have been using this company for three years and hire for approx 13 weeks in the year. I have never found a cheaper site (even the actual car suppliers eg Alamo, Budget etc charge more when you book direct). Also the service level is efficient and of a high standard - emails are answered almost immediately Highly recommended

After recommendations, I used your service to rent a car in Miami. There are many "alternative" ways on the Internet in order to get a cheaper rental (as in cost and as in unlawful), using rental codes. Of course, being someone who strives to make sure everything is right and works right, I was skeptical at first. After reading the Terms and FAQ (especially Driving Licenses and Driver Restrictions), I booked my car. Everything was smooth, no problems or issues, but it‚s good to know that someone had you covered in case lightning strikes. I‚d recommend you to anyone. Greetings from Brazil!

Roulla, Thank you for all your help. We had to change our flights to Orlando because of a pending Air Line Strike. We got our flights to Orlando Changed with another company which put us into Orlando 2 days earlier (2 extra Days in Orlando WOW) and put a Quick call to Roulla to get our Car Earlier. With no hesitation Roulla had our reservations fixed to suit us in no time.
