As ever with USCarhire everything was as smooth as clockwork. In my opinion they are the best for car hire in the USA.

This is the second year running that I have used U.S carhire, and they have been a pleasure to use once more. They really understand the needs of UK renters in the US. The ability to use the kiosks and bypass the dreaded hard-sell counters after a 9hr flight, is a massive bonus for us. Their competitive pricing, and efficiency help to seal the deal. Brilliant service once again from US Car Hire. Although I had some slight reservations about using Budget, the pick-up and drop-off of the car at Orlando airport was first rate, the care was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly economical for a full size. I would thoroughly recommend your company to anyone wishing to get an excellent deal on car hire to Florida. The website is customer friendly and easy to use; the price you see is the price you pay with no hidden extras, and the after service you receive from Roger and Roulla is second to none. I was faced with an overcharging by Alamo on collection of my car from Miami this year when they only gave me a half tank of gas, but I have received a full refund after Roulla dealt with this for me. A real confidence boost on how the company operate. I will definitely use this comapnmy for all foreign car hire, especially to the USA. Excellent prices, service and customer care. Thank you.

I have been using this company for three years and hire for approx 13 weeks in the year. I have never found a cheaper site (even the actual car suppliers eg Alamo, Budget etc charge more when you book direct). Also the service level is efficient and of a high standard - emails are answered almost immediately Highly recommended
