we have used US car hire before and found them very good!! But this year they have really helped us, as the airline we use had canceled our flight on the 25th dec, so i e-mail US car hire to explain that we are now going earlyer and they changed our car hireto the earlyer date! but it was taked car of so fast it was untrue !!!! So So quick

Just returned from Orlando and chose Alamo as car hire co. Thankyou for your service, will definately recommend you and Alamo, both excellent no problems at all. Just one tip to others, do remember to leave keys in car upon return and not in your pocket! Otherwise it is a sprint back to Alamo in 90 degrees of heat as my husband found!

Having patiently dealt with my queries during the ‚Volcanic Ash‚ disruptions, our plans fell apart anyway when we suffered a death in the family 24hours before we were due to depart. Your staff dealt with our situation promptly, courteously and professionally.
We have now re-booked the holiday for later in the year and will shortly be re-booking the car (through US Car Hire of course). I will be recommending your site to my family and friends. It is refreshing to find such excellent Customer Service.

Thank you for your excellent service and communication. You were also the cheapest car hire on the internet for the vehicle we needed. We rented a Dodge Caravan for 7 people with Budget at Orlando airport. Everything went to plan when we went to collect the van. Budget offered extra insurance that we declined as we had paid in full with US car hire. We were given a brand new vehicle with low mileage and everything was perfect. There were no extra charges and no issues with pick up or drop off. I would highly reccommend your company and would definately book with you again. Thank you, Nicky Cole, Canada

The fact that I am now using US CAR HIRE for my 5th time in the past 4 years speaks volumes for the service received. I have had to rebook my flights due to the volcanic ash and Roulla could not have been more helpful in getting my Car Hire booking moved to correspond with my new flights, even though I only found out my flight was cancelled 15 hours before I was due to depart for Orlando.

First time I have used your company and have already booked second time! Had terrible trouble with bad weather in Jan 10 flight cancelled twice 3rd time lucky, car rebooked refund received 1st time then delayed by a day, all sorted by email, very helpful staff, well impressed and on top of that cheaper than Alamo themselves so keep it up! would recommend your company to anyone that asks.

Exellent prompt service,a last minute change of pick up and drop of point was arranged without any fuss. Using the Budget fast pick up we were on our way within 15 minutes of arriving at the booth.The best value for money I could find anywhere,I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
