I couldn‚t recommend US Car Hire enough, I‚ve booked with them twice now and they‚ve been so incredibly helpful with answering questions and making changes to my bookings, with really speedy response times to queries. Thank you Carolyn and the team at US Car Hire.

Use this company every time I go to the USA. My car is normally booked with Alamo who let you ‚check in‚ online to save waiting in the queue. Always had excellent service from US car hire and Alamo.

There is a lot of competition out there for car rentals, but I prefer the tried and trusted companies! I've been renting with uscarhire for several years and have found them to be excellent in every department of the rental business. Used the Alamo kiosk- easy to do but wouldn't accept the additional driver number despite details already submitted, however assistant said they would amend on the way out (which they did, no issues). Had the keys handed to me at the garage so didn't get to chose car but was happy with the GMC Yukon they gave me anyway. Bit grubby inside (floor mats, few stains) but did have 30K miles. Drove really well and enjoyed my 4 weeks. Easy to use and will use UScarhire next time.
