I have booked many rental cars now, I think about 13 & we have never had any problems. This is an excellent service & the addition of the extra Insurance has saved us a lot over time & we don‚t have to worry about not being covered. If you have a query or want to ask questions, you get a reply within a very short time. No complaints & I dont think you can go wrong with this company.

My husband and I had booked a car for a road trip in the northwest USA, but then had to cancel it less than 24 hours before when my mother-in-law had to go into hospital for a serious operation. Carolyn at US Car Hire was so helpful in sorting it out for us, getting us most of the money refunded. And when we were able to rebook a car (for a shorter period), she even got us a refund of the cancellation fee. She always responded very quickly to our queries and couldn‚t have been more helpful or pleasant. We were both very impressed with US Car Hire‚s rates and policies, and particularly with the excellent customer service.

Made quite a few cancellations and amendments to booking so appreciate its free. Staff are extremely helpful. I have booked via uscarhire several times. The only time I didn‚t I had loads of problems so won‚t make that mistake again!

I‚ve used US Car Hire many times in the past and normally without any issues. However, due to a complete mess caused by my airline and changes in flight dates and then back to the original, this meant numerous emails to US Car Hire to rectify matters. I just want to say, before we fly out, that US Car Hire, and in particular Carolyn, have been superb throughout. Nothing has been to much trouble to sort and Carolyn has been a credit to the company.
