Hi Just back having hired 2 cars with you for 2 weeks. We have around 20 past hires with you , all trouble free and having chosen Budget or Alamo on most occasions. We have found the rentals ot be trouble free, amendments have been made easily with no penalty and pre-registration a big bonus saving time in lines at hire desks. This last trip was the firt occasion we have been unfortunate enough to suffer a minor ‚no fault‚ accident. We were simply given a replacement car, no problem with excess charges or lack of cover with the hire package. Altogether very reassuring so we shall continue to hire with US car hire and recommend to friends and family.

Just like to say what brilliant service we had from Roulla Dicarlo and US Car Hire. We hired a car so we could drive from Vegas to San Francisco, dropped this off at the airport and picked another one up from Vegas airport to drive to Grand Canyon. We changed our minds on the dates etc. but nothing was too much trouble. We went for the gold option on both occasions and everything was included and we did not have to pay for any extras - my big worry was being hassled when we collected the cars but we had none of that. First hire was with Dollar and everything went smoothly. Second hire was with Alamo where we were given a far better car than we had paid for - Chevrolet HHR - my husband fell in love with it! I can‚t thank US car hire enough for all the help and assistance. Brilliant!
