Being that the car was rented an SUV and a Dodge Caravan was removed. Also the car was in terrible condition maintenance.

WE WERE NOT ABLE TO USE THE KIOSK TO PICK UP THE CAR FASTER, AND HAD TO WAIT IN LINE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO GET THE CAR, BUT ASIDE OF THAT, THE SERVICE AT ALAMO WAS GREAT AND THE MINIVAN WAS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE! As US Car Hire's web pages are easy to follow! First time renting from Alamo - Fort Lauderdale, normal we rent from Miami, Dallas and Orlando, staff was very helpful. The kiosk had a problem, so it took a bit longer than normal. Had a question to Alamo after we left sent email to Alamo - Fort Lauderdale and we got the reply within 2 hours. I rented this time in Orlando where I caught and returned to Miami, did a cruise, rented another car and came back to miami. You guys always gave me additional driver. My wife who is driving and who knows where the car is rented the main driver, however I paid on my card. Upon removing the car reported that only I could rent with my driver's license. I showed it. But Miami did not want to release and charged me $ 79.92. Please solve the case, I am a frequent customer of you and would like a solution for the same

My only comment is that the sales agent will probably try to tell you that the car you have hired won't be big enough for you and try to persuade you to upgrade. Insist on seeing the car you have booked before you agree to the upgrade! It is almost certain to be fine for you.

Once we queued up again the man we dealt with was fine. Pointed us in the direction of the car park and told us help ourselves. Noone in the car park to show us where to go and which cars to select from.No one there to talk us through the car or no manual in it showing how to work any of the car features.
