The lady at Alamo was refreshingly matter of fact and friendly and not pushy (being pushy is, I think, meant to be part of Alamo's strategy, so it was nice that we didn't have to deal with that). The car itself was fine, if a little small for my husband to see out the window while driving.

Intermediate SUV (IFAR) Sanford International Airport on 02 Apr 2015 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Jeep Cherokee Latitude Book a car at this location Good value for money, service good at Sanford Airport with Alamo. 4/5 Simply because we did not get the car we thought we would get. We were given a Jeep Cherokee Latitude "as a free upgrade" even though they didn't have anything else and it was the same class as ordered. Horrible vehicle - uncomfortable, gutless engine, no storage space, and only room for 2 big suitcases with little visibility out of rear window. Avoid this vehicle like the plague. Plus point - reasonable mpg and bluetooth system for your phones and entertainment systems.

We also got a complimentary tank from Alamo because we waited a bit more for the car to arrive which was really good as well. The communication with US car hire was great as being really quick in a couple of questions I had regarding my booking!
