I eventually received my free upgrade to a standard car from Alamo but when I went to collect the car they didn't have any standard cars. As a result they let me have a full size Dodge Charger. There were no problems when I returned the car and they confirmed everything was OK and there were no charges to pay.

I was happy with the white one. The staff could spend a little time explaining the workings of the vehicle e.g.the Multi media screen and the operation of the convertible roof.
