Had no issues with the car over the two weeks, the return procedure was again very straight forward and I would highly recommend this car hire service.

The lady behind the counter advised us a bigger car,because of the number of suitcases, however I thought we had enough space already which indeed proved to be the case. We drove a Dodge grand caravan, as almost everybody I think and we loved the car, exept for the fact that it has no automatic switch on of headlights. I had to inflate the tires after the tirepressurelight came on once.

Apart from that everything went smooth as expected, I would use your service next time I travel to the US.

We had been told to expect a Nissan Vectra on our order form which has a larger boot than a Yaris. I have experienced upselling before at Alamo and don't appreciate being pressured in this way. The Ford Focus was completely adequate for our needs as we did not have a huge amount of luggage.

Book a car at this location I could not seem to book on line the car I wanted to hire, so I rang the telephone number and was greeted by a lady who asked me what I would like to request, i told her a cadilac escalade, she took my details and payment and said its booked and I would receive conformation by email, which did happen but it stated Cadilac escalade or simular, which was not said at the time of booking. i rang to ask why this was the case to the answer, we can't gaurantee a type of car, which she did on the verbal booking.
