I had to pay an additional $300 to upgrade to Ford Expedition as they stated that this was the only car which would take 3 suit cases and 5 passengers, so I am not really very happy.

One small gripe. On the second day of rental a warning light came on the dashboard. I had to ask a local what it meant - it was low tyre pressure. I inflated all tires to 36psi (as per the manual in the glove box) - however the light didnt go off. However when I returned the car I was in the departures lounge when I saw on the receipt from Alamo a charge of $0.32 - it was just so petty to charge - I would have challenged it at the time .

The whole process was effortless and took some of the stress out of our journey. Only gripe was employees trying to convince us to opt for pre-paid fuel both at the desk and the exit gate. We've been to Florida before and know that fuel is cheaper elsewhere.
