The Alamo office was close to the terminal, and the staff were dealing with people quickly and efficiently. We were quickly brought the car and were on our way in no time at all. Similar experience when returning the car, which was even quicker. What an excellent experience, and we saved over £100 on the cost of the hire overall too by booking through the U.S. Car Hire app. All in all a great experience.

I did attempt to register for the kiosk but our instructions said not to use the online check in and that is where the link took us. Also we had the last car of that type. Fortunately we did not find anything wrong with it but if there had been a problem, there would have been other car available.
