overall i was dissapointed with the level i did order a basic car and that is exactially what i got with no apoligies i dont think i saw a smaller car on my trip with the exception of a smart car i made my booking paid for it i was then subjected to a barrage of emails telling me i still needed to pay for my car despite responding that i had paid i continued to recieve emails after several of these the problem was resovled error on your part i am dissapointed that no possitve responce foolowed as i had paid for my car i picked it up from the agent in SRQ.airport who told me the car would fit 5 people there are only seat belts for 4 people so i am glad i did not take her at her word i have used alamo in the past i would like to use them again but i could be persauded otherwise.susan mulhall

Additional charges where applied on arrival even though the booking was all inclusive. I paid an additional $117!! We hired a big van for 10 people but the rear seat would not fold down so there was no room for the luggage. The seat could be removed but Alamo refused to do this for us. We had so man handle 9 cases through the side door in to the back of the van. Van was in good condition and drove well.

The complete booking process and confirmation handled by UScarhire was without fault and this has been my experience on every occasion I have used your company. Despite the offer to carry out registration at the self service desks at the car hire depot,these were not made available and we had to go through the manual process including further sales offers ! Being seasoned travellers we are used to this procedure. Thank you UScarhire
