Upon the return it took over 60 mins to give them the car back because they didn't recognise it and I could have kept it for all they knew.Total shambles

12 / 15 Seater Passenger Van (FVAR) Sanford International Airport on 28 Aug 2013 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: 15 seater ford express Book a car at this location When we turned up we thourght we were getting a 12 seater minivan, but alamo said they don' t do them and we had to have a 15 seater which we didnt really want as it was alot bigger, cost more to get into parks and probably alot more expensive on fuel, also we are being charged for a call out as I got out of the van and left the key in ingnition, but when i got out ,to my astonishment and shock it automatically locked and we were stuck there for 2hrs, and the call out man said it happens quite often.

We booked a full size car for 5 of us, as we only had three cases and some hand luggage this was fine for us. Everything is paid up front and there was no hard sell at Orlando airport I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them if we visit Florida again in the future.

The car we got was a good one, had ran only 5000 miles and was in very good condition and had lot of space for two with a lot of luggage. We felt quite attached to the car and felt sad while returning it. Overall experience was excellent and are glad to have used US car hire and Alamo

Compact 4 Door (CDAR) Miami International Airport (MIA) on 27 Aug 2013 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Nissan Juke Book a car at this location We were disappointed with the lack of vehicles available at Miami airport. The only car that was parked in the Compact section was a Fiat 500 which, even though there were only two of us, was too small, as I needed to transport my golf clubs around. I asked the attendant if there was anything else available and he came back with a Nissan Juke. Nice little car, but no boot space! Certainly not enough for 4 passengers and their luggage.
