From placing the booking online to picking up the car, it was the most seamless procedure out! Being able to use Alamo's online check in facility was a real time saver. Will be back to book again for Boston in 2015!

I called to ask if I could bring my car back a bit later, but was told there would be a charge. When I checked the car in on time, I was told if I had been an hour late there would have been no problem. As a result of this, I had to wait 4 hours at the airport. This soured my experience considerably. Some flexibility would have been appreciated.

Constantly trying it on to secure extras at the desk. The save time facility actual cost us time, after inputting all information requested at the kiosk we were then directed back to the agents desk, the queue size now doubled.

Unfortunately Almo did not have the self service kiosks at my destination and spent some time inline waiting for an agent. Apart from that, the process was fast and everything was taken care of.
