Queue was large, but there were a lot of counter staff. Upgraded to Camaro Convertible. Great car, but you couldnt put the top down with a suitcase in the boot!!!

On arrival at LAX, I was given an SUV. As an added bonus, I was given a car with Arizona plates meaning that as I was leaving the car in Phoenix, I didn't have a one way rental charge. Every time I have used US Car Hire, they have always followed through on any requests, which always seem to happen as I like to have hand controls.

Book a car at this location 8 seater wasn't ideal for 8 adults. The 8th seat being little more than a child's seat made it a little uncomfortable on longer journeys.
