This was the 4th or 5th time we have used uscarhire and have never had a bad experience. During one of our earlier rentals, we were involved in a minor accident and were grateful that we were fully insured under the agreement. We continue to recommend your website to all our friends.

US car hire were great, no stress no fuss, very simple and reliable with the best rates anywhere on line. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is due to Alamo and I suppose the advice to save time and fuss by using the kiosks. From my experience save time and fuss by avoiding the kiosks, they are beyond useless! When we arrived in orlando the queue at Alamo was long, we were advised by a staff member to use the kiosk, bad advise! By the time we spent figuring out that the kiosk wasn't working for us the queue was twice the length again. Better to just take the hit and wait in line, or get off the plane and send one of your party to the Alamo desk whilst the others wait on the baggage.

First class hire experience again. We used US Car Hire in 2013 as well and had a hassle free experience. Got the car we asked for, it was so clean it was like new. Perfect pick and drop off. The only thing was the cars on-board satnav was set to avoid highways, which resulted in a lengthy first journey to the villa. So something to double check next time before we hit the road. Will defo use again next year.

Again excellent service! Had to not only change date, but as well number of days which Roulla from US Car Hire fixed swiftly! Pick-up fast! As - again - I used the Kiosk at Miami International. Booked Economy size got upgrade at pick-up to Midsize. Thanks for a great experience!

I've used USCar Hire many times in the past with no problems whatsoever. This was the same and I'll use them again in the future. Although the Alamo self service machine I used in the airport let me get to the end before directing me to the desk, the queue to the desk was quite short and we were away within about 20 minutes. The key to it is to register your driving licence details in advance which speeds up the process. There was a choice of about 8 Chryslers or Dodges and the Alamo guys in the car park were very helpful, even directing me to the vehicle which had a DVD player for the kids .

US car hire service was good, however Alamo tried to overcharge us by not explaining that we paid for a tank of fuel. We brought the car back full of fuel as per my agreement and if I hadn't noticed we would of been charged an extra $86 regardless. The clerk at Alamo was more interested in a hard sell to upgrade us rather than take the time to explain the paperwork. Don't pay for any fuel at the airport, thankfully they gave us a refund with not too much hassle.

experience with US car hire great - had to change stuff with no problem. Having entered details on line to use Kiosk service, had again to fill in details at kiosk and then it couldn't read my credit card. Lost valuable time as the queue at the desk was getting longer and longer as I was filling in details at a kiosk which was not going to work. So joined queue and despite telling guy at desk we had opted to take the extra roadside emergency system offered by UScar hire he insisted that what he was providing was not the same thing and we wouldn't get help with lost keys etc without it. We declined, and he was still muttering after us after many "no thankyous". Apart from that great service from Alamo re adding extra driver two days later, assistance on how the car key locking system worked, no bother when car returned. Will use both US Car hire and Alamo again, but I will skip the kiosk - thought if licence details had been supplied on line I wouldn't have to rummaging about to put them in again, then the credit card declined after all that!!!
