Alamo's kiosk was a nightmare. It did not ask for our agreement number and we got half way through the process and it threw us out. We eventually had to join the (every growing) queue at the counter which we had not wanted to do. When we returned the car full of fuel the assistant issued us with a charge for $66 dollars for fuel and then told us to go back to the desk to sort it out! (another huge queue) I did manage to speak to a manager who assured me that he would cancel it for me. ( it cost us $35 to fill the car up their charges were completely over the top)

It is great to hire a car with us car hire and alamo. It was a very great and nice car with dvd player also inside. It was also possible to connect my gopro or laptop on the screens. I like the possibility to go to the kiosk to get the car. This way it is not needed to use the counter and then u have no sales talk etc. Thank you us car hire! I highly recommend you guys!

Pick up Miami using self service. Brilliant and quick. Half way through rental had to return car to Sarasota/Bradenton airport as a/c not working. Replaced without any problem although not much choice in replacement vehicle. All staff dealt with were really helpful. Been using US car hire for a few years and would do so again.

A very smooth process, followed the instructions, pre registered and we were on our way within minutes of arriving at the Alamo desk. We cannot fault the US Car Hire team and would definitely use them again.

I've always used US Car Hire when traveling to the US, and this is the first time y have a issue, probably because is the first time I've got a car from Alamo. Even when I've got the Gold Inclusive rental, the person at the counter insisted that it doesn't include an insurance for damages I could cause to other people. Only damages to the car and other cars were included, so I have to buy the extra insurace for US$44,24. That's very bad for me, because the main reason I use US Car Hire as my favourite rental site is because it's cheap... that wasn'd the case this time. It would be very nice if you clarify this situation to me. Thank you,

Found booking vehicle on line easy and overall service very good. We did have a malfunction with the key of the vehicle which meant a very frustrating few days but on returning vehicle to Tampa were speedily issued with another vehicle and found no problems at all. Woud certainly recommend Alamo.

They tried to get me to update at a special rate of $10 per day. We declined but when we went to collect the car they gave us an upgraded car anyway.

Everything went very well. Only downside was the woman on the Alamo desk trying to persuade us to upgrade! Could really do without that after 9 hours on a plane.
