very efficient . salesman tried to sell us upgrade on basis that allocated car wouldnt hold all our luggage.we refused having had identical car two years earlier which was more than adequate! US hire not a problem but sales tactics at Alamo not well received.

Smooth booking and it was no problem amending the booking to a different supplier and car type. All was handled very well by US car hire. Problem came using kiosks - entered all the data required including second driver then it told us to go to the desk. Had to wait at the desk a little and then agent said kiosk did not work with vouchers - I corrected him as used it 3 months ago ok. The rental was good and on our return the agent checking the car in asked for feedback which I gave him about kiosks not working. he listened and said it may be software issues but he would pass on my comments. He was very helpful and tried to credit me for the inconvenience but this was difficult as everything was prepaid. US car hire always provide good service and Alamo are good apart from kiosk issues that is the only problem

Quickly through the desk and car pick up only thing was the self service thing didn't work with a British licence so had to go to the desk

Excellent reliable service from us car hire the 3rd time we have used you. And will do again. Alamo dont seam to take no for an answer, they kept insisting i upgrade, even though i kept saying no and wanted me to pay for a tank of fuel which i had already paid for.

Ordering process was fantastic. Customer service from uscarhire was perfect from start to finish. Alamo were ok but could have been more helpful when we had an issue with the car. Ended up swapping the Chrysler for a mustang which was perfect.

Dislikes :- Alamo counter staff are still trying to rip customers off with car upgrades. Likes :- the easy toll road payment system. Will use Alamo again in December

The only issue I have is that when we went to the desk, the sales person insisted in trying to tell us that the car we had hired was not big enough and would not hold our luggage, even though we had gone for an intermediate 4 door and there was only 2 of us and 3 bags. No doubt this was an attempt to scare us in to upgrading. I get fed up of having to put up with this each time we go to the desk.

There are no negatives to renting your vehicle from this site, I have used them for a number of years and they continue to provide a fantastic service, easy booking process, secure deposit/balance payment, huge choice of vehicle, efficient pick up at your destination with no fuss, what more could you ask for?.
