Will definitely use both companies again.

I find that American cars are getting smaller so if one is used to hire medium size think about getting full size and so on.

We are increasingly disappointed by the pressure applied by Alamo staff to "upsell" when we arrive in Orlando. I accept that they try to do this, but get annoyed when they don't accept my "no thank you" response. On this most recent visit I was asked 8 times to upgrade the car, with all sorts of spurious reasons why I should. The tirade only stopped when I got bristly and said that I would not use them in future. We were advised by an Alamo member of staff not to use the automated machine as it takes so long. Very sad, after 15 or 16 hirings in recent years!

This was first time with Alamo and although the picking up of the car was as easy and smooth, the car itself was not as good. The car seemed older and was a bit dirty inside, not as spotlessly clean as what we normally get. The car did not seem to run as well as expected, the engine seemed a bit worn out but got us around.

The car was brand new and we got a free upgrade as there were none of the vehicles that I had ordered available.

Book a car at this location First time that I've used you and no issues at all with the whole experience. Used the Alamo fast booking system and had a choice of cars when we got to the bay in the parking lot. Only slight niggle was that we seemed to have to re-enter a lot of the data we had entered on line, seemed a bit strange. Car was very new, and had a lot more space than we thought.

Though got basically tricked into upgrading when collecting car at desk, woman explained upgrade as if we were getting it for free and stated we only booked on 3 pieces of luggage when In fact it was six. So be on guard, we got hit with a bill of £269 on top of what we had already paid. No fault though of your service :)

Roulla was outstanding in re arranging my car hire for me through Alamo. Top top work !!! All changed at no additional cost to me.
