Chrysler town & country was parked in the intermediate section asked an employee if this was the intermediate section and was told yes loaded up cases and my son got to the gate and was informed that I would have to pay $35 per day told him no way would I pay that. I had my son standing on the roadway next to the car whilst cars were passing while the employee took the car back & replaced it for another. Which is unacceptable.

This is the fourth time I have hired a vehicle through US Carhire. I have always been more than happy with the booking process and the collection of the vehicle has always went smoothly. Any queries are always responded to very promptly. Would highly recommend.

Overall experience was very good. Only slight criticism was that the 8th seat of our vehicle was really only a half seat. We would have liked to know that beforehand.

I signed up to save time to beat the counter hassle, having spent 2 hours clearing immigration I thought it would be as simple as advertised on the web site but when I tried to use the counsel it would not allow me to,so I approached who I thought was a manager at the counter and was told that I would have to join the line which took another 20 mins with repeated questions of do you want to upgrade would you like a gps and would you like to upgrade, the whole idea of spending the time and energy filling out the forms and giving all my details up front is that I would not have to wait in a long line then to top it all when I went to pick up the car the choice I had was no choice because there was only one car left the only saving grace was the lovely lady in parking area who help me out and upgrade me for free but I feel really let down I doubt that I will use Alamo in the near future as we travel a lot abroad and car hire all the time

I had problems to get the car. The staff said me I had to do the upgrade. I didn't want the upgrade and the staff said me was impossible get the car I did the reservation. I had to discuss with him so he asked for anothe guy talk with me and with the another guy I hadn't problem to get the car.

The work of UsCarHire was great! But the vehicle came very dirty, expect better care about it. Another detail is that I signed up to use the kiosks, but when I got in front of computer an attendant informed me it would not work, I insisted and got the contract to do the printing kiosk in perfectly. She was trying to put me in line to offer me that pile of crap that offer the-counter. Is a warning to people who make their reservations insist on using the kiosk since it is fast and easy to use it! USCarHire thank you!

Brilliant service as always and a troublefree process. By checking first on-line via reservations@goalamo.com this enabled us to go straight to the car park and select our car...without even needing to go to the kiosk...let alone the dreaded car hire desk!! So much more convenient and no queues.

Our experience if using your company is highly positive. It was very straight forward collecting our car I particularly liked the fact we could choose from the cars in the garage. The drop off was also smooth and well organised. I would not hesitate to book with you again. The only negative we found was with using the machines to access our hire agreement. We had to put in all the info that we had already done online. Surely the computer could call up all of this info from a booking reference. We debated if it would have Infact been quicker to queue and have assistance.
