Good service, may try self serve next time. Car had tyre sensor fault which i tbought would have been repaired rather than put back on the rosd. Car clean and tidy.

When I insisted on choosing my own, there were only 2 mid-size cars to select from. The better of the two was fairly new but the seats were very stained. I much prefer the availability of vehicles at MCO.

The car collection was so easy, just went straight to the rental parking lot chose it and drove off. No problems at all and we'll be back next time.

Standard Convertible (STAR) Orlando International Airport (MCO) on 14 Apr 2016 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Standard Convertible, Ford Mustang Convertible Book a car at this location Everything very and very OK, except for two things: a) the billing and invoice do not correspond to those requirements of the European Union, i.e. it is very advisable to allow the invoice and other corresponding documentation to include not only the driver, but also: the company (incl. all requested by the customer accounting details if necessary), as if it is the company that pays for the vehicle rent, the company details must appear on the documentation; b) speed of the car was limited to 80 mph and the max audio volume was also limited.

I found the price cheaper this year due to a glitch, and they updated and honoured the price with no quibbles. Had a slight issue with collecting car, at Orlando int' airport the collection process is not as described when using quick kiosk. You still have to see a man at the garage, not just select your car from the row as described.

The only unclear point was that we have requested a Sat Nav system which was not in the car, however after asking someone we were advised that you collect this as you leave the car-park. Would definitely use Alamo again.

Pleasant service from the counter staff but we need smaller queues after 8 hour flight and 2 hour security queues!

The sales person was very pushy for me to take the additional breakdown cover and stressed that only Alamo were allowed to change tyres etc,no one else. As on previous car hires the boot room is never big enough and cases have to be put on the back seat. But the car was excellent ,well presented and very clean

Very pleasant experience all round, used US car hire before and will use them again.
