However alamo kiosk did not accept reservation despite pre registering. Alamo agent then added £250 of extra services which was not explained or was I asked.

Book a car at this location Great improvement on last year, the kiosk approach greatly reduced the time to collect the car. The choice of car was really good. I will use US Car Hire &Alamo in future car hire.

I've got a free upgrade while picking up the car to a Toyota RAV4. I only needed my Brazilian driver license (no International Permit needed), and I only held it for 3 months. I'm absolutely going to use uscarhire + Alamo again, awesome service.

We used the self service desk for the first time this year and it is so easy to use and saves so much time at the airport.
