The system would also appear to be unreliable as there was an agent present telling people to make sure they also had someone in line. I took me two attempts to get the kiosk to work and print out the necessary documents. Fortunately my wife had not got to the front of the line.

Every time you open the door, the alarm goes off and you had to act very quick to turn on the engine, otherwise the alarm goes louder and louder!!

7 Seater Premium SUV (PFAR) Miami International Airport (MIA) on 26 Mar 2015 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Lincoln Navigator Book a car at this location We had booked and paid for a Premium SUV 7 seater Suburban as we like the size and style of the car, however when we arrived the Suburban had been given to someone else and we were then given a Lincoln Navigator which was even better, so we were actually very pleased with the customer service offered to correct the error. Would definitely book again.

Standard Convertible (STAR) Orlando - Walt Disney Car Care Center on 26 Mar 2015 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Ford Mustang Book a car at this location I initially looked at prices with another UK based company that were still very good, US car hire ended up being even less money and it included all of the insurances and no excess. As we were not sure of the dates required I didn't book prior to leaving the UK & thought I would just book with a US hire company, if you do that it will cost at least twice as much. I booked with US Car Hire online in the USA and paid in Sterling. No problems at all.

Couple next to us were straight forward lied to!!

At the sharp end, the Alamo kiosks at LAX were easy to use and avoided the long queues at the counter and the hard sell staff behind it. I have used other online car hire booking sites before for car hire in the US, but this has been the best so far.
