The pickup process was easy enough, I had registered for the quick pickup service but when I got to the office there were 3 assistants waiting at the desk so it seemed easier to use one of them. I had to rebuff the attempts to upgrade the car and take additional insurance but other than that the only delay was a printer jam. Choice of Stands SUVs was good and we chose one of the 3 Checrolet Equinox lined up outside. Nice car, great condition but it was either defective or seriously underpowered as it really struggled climbing the ascents on the way to Breckenridge. The drop off on the return was very quick, easy and courteous with a bus ready and waiting. All in all very please with US Car Hire and Alamo, aside from the slight problem with the car it would have been 5 stars

We have used your services for several years now and it is always brilliant. Fellow renters please beware of the staff on the Alamo desk Lily in particular. They try to sell you an upgrade or sell something you don't want or don't need. If you refuse they can get very aggressive. Lily did with us! Please US Car Hire can you put a big red warning message on your website about this? . Many thanks Geraldiine

Great value and no problems at all with the reservation and pick-up. The only issue is that the car had already many miles and would recommend to take it out of circulation already, but it was in good working conditions and we had no problems with it.

Booking the rental car on the web site was very easy also as they say on the web site the price you see is the price you pay for the rental with no hidden cost, you will need a mastercard to collect the car as this is used as a security deposit. Once done pick your own car from the range you booked and that's it.

The Alamo service at Ft Lauderdale was first class. the paper work was completed within a couple of minutes and we were straight into the garage area which was buzzing with people wanting to help.There were no small SUVs available and they immediately moved us up to a full size SUV. Excellent car that was comfortable and a pleasure to drive.

IN THE AERPORT EVRY OK, THE PROBLEM WAS, WHENMI FLIGTH IS CANCELED AND I CALLED TO SAID I NEED ONLY ONE DAY CAR, YOU TOLD ME YOYU CANT RETORN TO ME ONE DAY OFF RENTAL, IN MY SECOND RENTAL I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND YOU YEOLD ME THE SAME. I PADE FOR TWO DAYS AND I ONLY USE ONE FOR THE WEATHER AND YOU DONT BACK TO ME THE DIFERENCE. IF I COLLLED TO SAID THAT I THINK IS JUST TO RETURN TO ME THE DIFERENCE THNKS
