Good experience and happy with car. Would prefer if someone closer to cars when sent to select. A number of the cars had no keys but looked like they were available to select.

Nothing was explained about the car when we collected from the valet. They also initially tried to put us in a smaller car that we have order as there were only 6 of us. We did mentioned that we were collecting a 7th person and then had to wait whilst the car was collected and delivered to us. We were not given an overview of the controls or how anything in the vehicle worked, electronic sliding doors etc.. Appreciate that certain things are standard in all cars but control panels do differ. We never did work out how to use the Cruise Control!!! We were not even walked around the car to see if there was any damage so took photos before we moved off just in case.

Very easy to book and used the automatic ticket desks to pick up the car. We also received assistance from a staff member on how to progress through the automated menu. We even had a choice of 4 different cars when we went to collect the keys. Overall very impressed by the service.

My car experience was very good other than the fact that the gentleman on the desk kept trying to sell me additional protection roadside assistance and trying to get me to upgrade vehicle even though I kept insisting that I required nothing else.

Fantastic experience again with UScarhire.com from beginning to end!! Have been using them for 10 years now and would not change!! Rented with Alamo and a great selection of vans on our arrival! Ended up with a basic model Dodge compared to the higher spec Town and County we had last year but I promised my 6 year old she could pick this time!!! ????

This is the 2nd time using USCar Hire and everything went according to plan. My booking was with Alamo and I took advantage of the 'Save Time' kiosk service again this went well but only use it if there is a long queue because I still had to enter driving licence numbers and addresses for extra drivers which does take a bit of time. All vehicles were as promised and service was excellent. I would definitely use USCar Hire in the future and recommend it to my friends, it is good value and great service.

Great service and price from US Car hire, got a bigger car than I was expecting, I booked a Chevrolet Tahoe but got given the long wheel base version Chevrolet Suburban. Only complaint is with Alamo as once again the car was not very clean inside, I had to spend some time when I got to my destination cleaning the interior, steering wheel etc.

Everything went flawless. One thing to note is that Alamo is served by National at Newark, so you don't get to choose your own car from the lot (at least we weren't). Our car was a nicely equipped one, so in reality this might be less of an issue.
