At JFK the only minus is that Alamo is located away from the other rental suppliers, and you therefor need a shuttle.

When we arrived, only two convertibles were available - A Chrysler and a Camarro. "We never get Mustangs" was the response from the guy at the desk. It also took quite some time for them to find the two convertibles that were available. Not a great start after an 11 hour flight.

The only problem we had was trying to book in with the computer booking stations, when we tried this we got to the end of entering our details and it reported an error, We then were told to see an attendant at the desk, this cost us some extra time and the attendant said the system didn't work with foreign licences. Other than this the process was smooth.

I had two modifications to be done, and it was all right.
