Really good to be able to use the kiosk when collecting the car from Alamo in LA as there was no hassle from salespeople. Returning the car was extremely easy and quick. We would definitely hire via US car hire again.

I have used them before. This time I used the desk as there was no queue. Got the hard sell for upgrade but refused. Got to the line of cars and got an upgrade at no cost due to purchased car (economy) not been available.
