very easy pick up, well worrh pre registering your details wiyh Alamo prior to arrival so that you can take advantage of the spwwdy kiosk points, Alamo desk ques were not yhat long but was still quiker to use the kiosk. Also its easier to refuse the prepaid fuel option, pivk the car up full and refuel before you return. hired 7seater minivan which you get to choose from a long line, i oppted for a top of the line spec, my only critism is that the vehicle had not been fully valeted, there were otheres which had but lower spec models so it was my choose to pick this particular vehicle but not a huge issue for me. Its very important that before you exit the carpark at the barrier you highlight any dents and scratches on the vehicle however small or insignificant they maybe, i learn the hard way a few years back that if you dont highlight at time of pickup then you will be liable when you return the vehicle. returning vehicle to drop off is also easy and hassle free, just make sure you final reciept shows zero balance and your good to go.

Rental was so easy with the Alamo pre booking kiosks where we then choose our car out of only three left. Dropping off was also simple with a lady just plugging in a diagnostic type machine and giving us a receipt with nothing more to pay. Highly recommend.

Booking the car and the quality of the car were fine. However, the final bill was way in excess of what I had agreed to pay and what was on my receipt. This means, without my permission, Alamo took an extra $460 off my credit card without authorisation. This has now been re-imbursed but only after I chased them with emails and phone calls to the USA. A very disappointing experience and I will NEVER use Alamo again. Other renters beware and make sure you check your final receipt thoroughly.
