I was somewhat disappointed with the pressure applied by at least 3 staff to upgrade to a superior vehicle when the vehicle we had ordered was not available anyway and we were upgraded to a better vehicle without charge and I suspect they knew that would be the case.

The GPS which was given did not work properly and when asked Alamo to get some compensation they said since I had booked with USCarHire I will not be compensated. 2. During online booking, the enhancedroad side assistance was by mistake billed twice and I tried reaching all the possible contacts mentioned and nothing happened. So I lost 35$. Hence I have decided in the future not to go thru USCarHire as the support in case of any issues is really bad / poor.
