The line was very long. I had to pay additional fees (road service)of US$ 30.00 at the carrental. The car (Chevy Cruze) was excellent! The car return was a very smooth process.

We had to join a long queue. The Alamo desk at Tampa port only had one operative and was again very slow. Would not use Alamo again from choice.

We couldn't get the kiosks to work although we had done save time but the supervisor in the garage was very helpful.
