Fullsize 4 Door (FDAR) Sanford International Airport on 30 Jul 2013 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Ford Fusion Book a car at this location The booking and paying for the car online was fine but the checking in proceedure was a nightmare at Sanford airport. i was in a queue for approx 1 + 1/2 hours!, there was approx 3 people on the counter at Alamo and to be honest took what seemd an age to be served. after a long flight it was not appreciated. I would not use Alamo there again for this reason

7 Seater Fullsize SUV (FFAR) Las Vegas Airport (LAS) on 29 Jul 2013 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: 2013 Ford Explorer Limited Book a car at this location We Got a 2013 Ford Explorer Limited instead of the expected Chevrolet Tahoe, after deception we discovered that this car was really amazing and with a much larger trunk compared to the Tahoe, perfect to store our luggages (4 large and 2 small). This car is comfortable, powerful and handy, sound system was superb too. During our journey, a piece of plastic went away on the highway but to the complimentary insurance, we had nothing to pay at the end ! I would recommend US Car Hire to anyone as the price was the cheapest I've found on the web with every options included !

When we gut the car from You the fuel tank was empty. So the First thing we have to do was to found a gas station, And that is not what you wish to do after long flight from Sweden. Best regards RL

On a more positive note getting to choose your vehicle from a line of vehicles is a great option from Alamo :-)
