Being able to chose the car was also great fun! We chose a Ford which was more than adequate for our purposes during our Holiday.The car itself was a pleasure to drive and we enjoyed trouble free motoring throughout.

The only negative point is the fact that when I booked the car at Alamo office in SF airport, the rep insisted of having an additional road side assistance insurance. Although the fact that I told him that I already have such with UScarhire.com, he said that the existing one is only for any mechanical problem with the vehicle, but not providing any road assistance. For that reason I agreed to have the road assistance included as well. It might turn out that I paid double for that.

But only one thing, the car was very dirty on the back seat and on the floor of the back seat ! We do not saw this mess when we choose this car ! When we opened the back doors after two days, we saw the mess. Therre were some ,ants on the site of the doors. But we get a discount of only usd 20 at the end of the rental period when we told the agency about the problem!

We got a brandnew car. Car rental Center in Miami was easy to find with the Metro Mover. Unfortunately they charged us 2 gallons while we had just fill up (8 mi from the destination).
