Alamo I found, as usual, poor. Would not recognize I had paid for my wife as an additional driver. My wife broke her wrist first day there so I did not pursue it, After 30 days charged me $167 for roadside insurance I not requested. They did re-emburse me after 5 days. Car was excellent.

The only issue I have had, is that on this visit, I was told by your counter staff that I received the vehicle full of fuel and to return it empty, this I did. although I knew that this information was incorrect. I was charged to refill the vehicle. the is not a major problem as I would have had to fuel the vehicle anyway, and the slightly higher cost of fuel charges for you to refill was some what negligible considering the cost of fuel in the states.

Car excellent hope to get the same model on our next trip.

The Young Driver Package was the deal make for me as it meant I could add a number of under 25 drivers at a much cheaper price than anywhere else I found.

Intermediate SUV (IFAR) Orlando International Airport (MCO) on 15 Sep 2015 Customer rating: Customer name: Name withheld by request Vehicle supplied: Dodge grand caravan Book a car at this location The only problem was that on the website silver basic,silver inclusive etc ia all offered for Latin rental reservations (inclusive including two drivers) but reality as I later found out is in latin American countries the rentals are all one driver. No benefits for higher prices if you are not aware. The car we rented wasnt available but as promised we were upgraded to a minivan from midsize suv.
