We had a problem with our first car after 3 days. Alamo replaced it and upgraded to a larger vehicle with no extra cost and no problems. It was so successful we are about to book another car with you for our trip to the US in a couple of months!

Thank you. Car choice was ok at the airport but it was annoying having a car with satellite radio that wasn't active and also no remote lock. We will choose more carefully next time and I know you can't guarantee these features.

Cars of the relevant category are getting smaller. Barely able to fit luggage into boot. Every other aspect was great, no other issues.

USCarHire come out top on price and service. We have used Alamo in 2 US airports, both times used their kiosk to bypass the counter, just what you need after the long flights.
