We were delayed by over 8 hours leaving Manchester and it was around midnight when we arrived at the Alamo desk. The agent knew we had had a long day and processed our paperwork quickly and passed us on to another guy who took is to the car lot. He asked which car I would like and recommended a Dodge Journey as it had low mileage. I think he may have even given us a full size SUV when we had booked an intermediate SUV. He then helped me load our bags into the car. The car had just over 3,000 miles on the clock and proved to be an excellent choice for the 2 weeks we had it. Overall our experience with Alamo was nothing less than excellent and both guys, despite having to work late due to our delay were brilliant. 10/10 for Alamo and I'm please that I have booked with US Car Hire & Alamo for my trip in November. Ala

Excellent service as usual, Roulla is amazing. Picking up the car at Alamo at IAD went without a glitch, and drop-off was even easier! We picked the car we wanted from the row, brand new Rav4. We'll be renting again in september, wouldn't think about using someone else, we just wish you'd extend your services to Europe.... please?

Pick up Miami using self service. Brilliant and quick. Half way through rental had to return car to Sarasota/Bradenton airport as a/c not working. Replaced without any problem although not much choice in replacement vehicle. All staff dealt with were really helpful. Been using US car hire for a few years and would do so again.

Everything went very well. Only downside was the woman on the Alamo desk trying to persuade us to upgrade! Could really do without that after 9 hours on a plane.

This was the 4th or 5th time we have used uscarhire and have never had a bad experience. During one of our earlier rentals, we were involved in a minor accident and were grateful that we were fully insured under the agreement. We continue to recommend your website to all our friends.

A very smooth easy transaction, I signed up to the Alamo Express and them used the terminal in the airport, much quicker than standing in line. Also returned the car full so issues with upfront gas payments. Would recommend and use again.

The hiring process through USCar Hire was faultless and the car was ideal. The only minor gripe I have is with Alamo when using the kiosk. All of the information for extra drivers can be input online when you sign up for Save Time but you have to re-input all of this information at the kiosk. Not much fun after a 9 hour flight if you have 3 or 4 extra drivers.

Used Alamo Kiosk which went without a hitch. Good choice of Mid Size SUV's, chose Chevy Captiva. Great car had no problems. Credit to Alamo, on return once in the Airport building realised I had left my reading glasses in the car. Went back to the garage, but car had gone. Alamo employee took me to a Manager who went through a lengthy process of finding where the car had been taken. To cut a long story short, the glasses were found and returned to me by another Alamo employee. All were very friendly and helpful.
