Excellent service as always with Alamo at Sanford. I had signed up for the self service booth, but no queue on arrival so went straight to the counter. Ability to choose your own car always leads to a few minutes of indecision whilst reviewing the models available. Glad we chose the Santa Fe as it had more room that the Jeep model we have normally. Chosen, and mpg much better. Only downside was no remote controlled central locking, and just had one key. Spending time looking at boot pace that we missed the obvious....

Excellent option! unfornately, the Car Rental light on a malfunction with the enginee at the second day!!! its necessary to give the correct maintenance. "Check Enginee soon". that makes me unsafe and unconfortable. out of this all was perfect and the people very nice and polite.

US Car Hire has been a great experience and everything went smooth. I really appreciated the clarity and tips provided in order to avoid last minute traps from the renter (i.e. additional optional insurances or fuel charge) As usual the booked car was not ready and available but this is a rental company issue. My only problem is i was charged $59 for a full tank of petrol. I was informed to bring back empty and this was the charge, however who in there right mind driving back to the airport risks running out of petrol so to take it back empty. When you believe you have paid all so you are covered this is not acceptable for my point of view.

The Alamo staff we very helpful on arrival and departure, there where guys with trolleys waiting to take luggage to departures which was a great help which we only had to tip.

The service from Alamo in Miami was terrible. We had to wait 40 minutes to be attended. Staff were not attending to customers and looking at us and walking away. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. They should have a separate queue for customer who have fully arranged their car hire so to speedily deal with you as all the necessary have been done. I know there are automated machine but they never seem to work.

We took the time to register online so we could collect the car via Alamos express kiosk system. When we arrived at the airport car hire area we were told by an Alamo employee handling customers standing in a very long queue that we could try the kiosk but he doubted it would work for us. He was right. It went right through the online process and then said it couldn't process the car collection any further so we had to queue for over 2 & 1/2 hours to receive a car that had been paid for a month in advance!!! The companies system was very inefficient in that they had pre-paid collection only people in the same line as those needing to go through the whole purchase process. When they realised their Express kiosks were not functioning correctly they could have at least opened a desk for pre-paid collection only clients!!

Devo sinceramente dire che è stata una ottima esperienza.Tutto è andato per il meglio e il personale della Alamo è stato gentilissimo. La prenotazione fatta con UScar Hire non ci ha dato nessun problema. Unico appunto,non sempre i Vostri prezzi sono i migliori.

Excellent. The only problem is that I was charged a fuel service option despite the fact that this was included in my rental agreement. I have reported this to ALMO but they have yet to refund the overcharge. I book this service 3 times a year and this is the first time that this has occurred. The RA no is425074583. The car I hire is the mid size SUV and the quick sign in facility at the kiosk is not available for this vehicle. This would be very beneficial if it was made available.

Site is very easy to use. We chose Alamo save time, which I have previously used before and really liked. This time we put all the info in at the kiosk, to be told that our order wasn't elegible, and had to go to desk.Alamo pick up at Fort Lauderdale was very disorganised, and initially we were given a car which was not large enough for our luggage. They then brought the Rogue over, and made out they were doing us a big favour, when in fact we had been given that car in October as being in the same group. I realise that these problems are Alamos and not US Carhire.
