I would like to comment that I had only two car models to choose from, but I was pleased with the model chosen.

Book a car at this location picking up the car was quick and easy, the alamo employee was friendly and informative, no hidden fees or unexpected surprises. We requested a midsize SUV, they only had a full size SUV available, this was too big and I was not comfortable driving it, when I told the Alamo representative he offered me a mini van (which was smaller)with no problem at all. We received excellent customer service and would not hesitate to rent through car hire or alamo again.

We like the inclusive packages and know we don't need anything else to "top up" the insurance when we get to the rental car counter.

We have had cars from most companies, but have always booked the hire thru US Car Hire, around 16 times since 2004.Insurance options a lot less confusing and transparent. Always recommend to friends and colleagues needing advice on trips to USA.

The only minor complaint was that the guys in the parking area (the place where you actually collect the car) could do with some training in how to deal with customers; they seem to assume you already know how the rental system operates, where everything is, etc, so not very helpful for someone who's renting from Alamo Miami airport for the first time.

Excellent service, this is the second time I have used US Car Hire and will definitely use again.
