Must have been 50 queued at the desks. Unfortunately there was no stock available and had to wait 20 minutes to get a vehicle which was eventually an Hyundai Sonata upgraded at no cost which was great..

Staff great (Fort Myers RSW this time), with a good selection of cars all clean and in good condition. 10 out of 10 ! After 20+ rentals , Alamo & Dollar are my clear favourites !

We do think that Alamo could employ more cheerful people in the service industry than Fred who works at LAX airport. Miserable man who failed to offer us any extras (we would have rented a GPS)
