I registered to use the automatic check-in kiosks this year which worked extremely well, as my flight was delayed 3.5 hrs arriving from the UK there was quite a queue at the Alamo desks so using the kiosks really did speed things up. Roulla Dicarlo was extremely helpful when I had a query with my booking before confirming. Please pass on my thanks to him

It was exceedingly tedious filling out the Alamo forms prior to pick up to save time on arrival. In the end, it made no difference as Alamo system needed all the info again when we did pick up.

We left home without paperwork, one call to US Car Hire and got it all sorted. This hire was to/from Orlando International. I would recommend that you use the Alamo kiosk machines rather than queue, they are easy to use and enabled a very quick exit from the airport terminal building. For those of you who are not computer savvy, there are Alamo staff at Orlando International to help you if you need it.
