Great experience. If you you take the roadside assistance (from 2.50 usd a day )be sure you print the voucher of it, because if you cannot show it to the clerks at the carrental service, they will force you to take another one from 9 USD a day.

After 5mins I was fed up of saying we could do either as I was tired from the days travel! I would also like to comment that it might be nice to advise renters that you can now drive through the tolls without any additional fines as apparently alamo now just charge you the toll cost without fines.....

I know it'll be the best value and the service is spot on. I've only ever had one problem in over a dozen rentals, and that was with the car hire company in Orlando.US Carhire sorted it out over the phone straight away without any hassle at all.

We're very happy that we found UScarhire's website and have recommended it to many others. The great attraction for us, being Bermuda residents, is that SLI is including in the rental -- this a BIG plus! We will soon be booking a car for 2 weeks in December.

When it came to collecting my SUV, they only had a Dodge Grand Caravan and no other cars, sadly they were reluctant to help on this matter

Was told they did not have the car that was booked and even if they did we would not get suitcases in and our selves then told that the next class was unavaible and would have to take another car 2 classes up. This car then broke down only 12,000 miles on the odometer. When complained they admitted that they are there to sell upgrades and didn't want to listen to our complaint as we should have asked to see the car or wasted another day to drive back to the airport and change! Wished I had gone with Thrifty!!!!!
