Overal very good. Good value. Everything worked out for us. Negatives were down to alamo. 1. Long queue to pick up car. Should have opted for quick pick up. Recommend others to take this option. 2. Selling at desk (insurance, upgrades, petrol - esp as we had already paid for it). The advice supplied by US Car Hire hepled avoid 'extras'. 3. Lack of cars there were only 6 in the parking lot and three parties looking at them 4. two hour late charge seemed a bit much

Car hire worked out exactly as required. There were no hidden extra's to pay for on arrival . There was a good variety of cars to choose from in the catorgery. It was a very smooth and efficient service and will be using again next year.

Agent tried to get me to upgrade when not needed. Tried to get me to hire a sat nav when not needed Tried to get me to buy a tank of fuel also. Apart from that everything was fine

Hi My Rental experience was Great, very nice car, and the cost excellent. Other suggestions, more information about tolls (for exemple sun pass charge or similar automatic toll). Maybe is better include this fee in the initial quotation. Amex Credit card please included My next car rental will be be with Us car hire.

Everything went very smoothly -- we've learned over time to make it very clear to the desk agent, from the outset, that we do not want to upgrade or take any extra services -- that used to be the only contentious issue. It would be great if you could extend the cities that you cover beyond mainly Florida!

A principio fiquei receoso em pagar antes, já que o preço estava 30% mais barato do que todos os sites que pesquisei, mas correu tudo bem, empresa séria e com preços incríveis, alugaria de novo com certeza!

Our car was super, however getting the car after a long flight was an ordeal! We had submitted all our details online before travelling, believing that this would "save time at the airport', however after almost getting through the whole procedure again on the machines we had to queue and this took considerable time (more than an hour!) This element of alamos service was very poor! All together it took us 2 hours before we drove out of the airport. When we got to the car lot we had to queue again to sort out car inspections etc. It was very frustrating.

We have been to Florida 4 times now & each time we have used US Car Hire. I have found their prices competitive & the process of booking through them very easy. I would (& have) recommend them to anyone.

Booking was easy and efficient. Was really excited about using the Alamo kiosk to circumvent the queues particularly after a 2 hour queue through Immigration. However, after using the kiosk, it pulling up all my booked info, accepting my credit card and getting to the final part where it should have just printed my documents, it abruptly ended and told me to complete my check-in at the Alamo desk! I was not impressed when there was no explanation of why the system couldn't complete the process and the queue for the check-in was 45 minutes! Not at all what I wanted when it was the equivalent of one o'clock in the morning with two small children. When I did get to the desk, the Alamo person quickly processed my documents but couldn't explain why the kiosk didn't work for me. We then duly went out and chose our car from the parking lot. Everything else ran smoothly and the return of the car was smooth and quick. One of the factors for choosing Alamo was the kiosk. Next time I would assume we couldn't use the kiosk and compare the companies without this and therefore may well pick another rental company.

We continue US Car Hire as their prices and booking system are excellent. The only let down on this trip was that only one vehicle was available from Alamo at MCO, something we have not experienced before and this vehicle had not been cleaned but we had no choice but to take this as no-one from Alamo was interested in finding an alternative. If US Car Hire continue to source from Alamo we will unfortunately look to get our US hire cars elsewhere.

Using the on line system to pick up car in airport was excellent and very quick. Car in great condition. My only criticism would be that for European travellers picking up cars - a member staff should run through the car with them - as automatic cars are not stancard in Europe.

The service at the check-in balie (at Alamo) is very bad: time consuming. Also at the kiosk is too slow; even if I did the "Save Time" procedure in advance (on the US Care Hire website). May be the managment of US Car Hire should talk with ALAMO (CEO) about this problem. At Hertz I am finished within 2 minutes compared with Alamo (> 20-30 minutes). The car was okay.
