I then had to join the back of a long queue . Very frustrating when you have had a long journey.

When I booked the car I read that we could either pay for fuel on collecting and then return the car with an empty tank or return the car with a full tank and not pay anything. The agent at the Alamo desk informed me that this was not the car and as a result I had to pay their overpriced rate.

There are no hidden costs as there are with so many other companies. Their website and booking process is so easy to understand and use. Nothing is too much trouble. They are always happy to answer any and every question and when you are hiring car in Florida, maybe for the first time, there are always questions! I highly recommend USCarHire they are BRILLIANT!!!

The car was reasonably clean but also had no windscreen wash so we put our own in as driving was not safe otherwise.
