U S car hire were good as usual unfortunatly alamo tried to tell me i had not paid for extra driver untill i insisted that i had when i said i had paid for extra breakdown assistance they wanted to know why i did not purchase it from them fotunatly i have been renting cars in the U S for a number of years so this did not bother me Your part of the booking was very good and i would continue to book my car with you

Site was easy to use. I appreciate the fact that the insurance is included. In Australia the insurance position is totally different. You essentially pay to cover an excess amount. It is imperative that Aussies understand that the US situation is completely different and that they purchase all the covers. This site includes the comprehensive insurance package. Also got upgraded on my car.

I have used this website many times, and keep coming back. The site itself is very easy to use & understand. The prices are all inclusive so I have piece of mind that I will be insured properly whilst driving in another country. I was able to use the rental car kiosk so I didn't need to go to the counter. Easy!

Once again the suggested paperwork on arriving at MCO didn't work ie kiosk was useless. Preferred type of vehicle Internediate SUV was not available but learning from last time I refused the offered LARGER Town & Country and waited until Ford Escape arrived. Alamo again didn't get any brownie points there, although they did deal with paperwork at the office in the car park quite quickly On return of car I got a 'refused return slip' which was very worrying until it turn out I had to go back (nearly missing flight) to get a receipt for $0.00!!!!! WHAT WAS GHAT ALL ABOUT However the service by Carolyn at usacarhire and quick responses were excellent.

We have hired cars with US Car hire 7 times the past six years. We normally use the kiosks for a quick get away. However as we had completed the online check in we were told we did not need to use the kiosk and could go across to the garage and select a car from our category. This made it even quicker to get away! Although I don't think this part is clear on your web site? Slightly disappointed with the car (small SUV) Only two of us on this occasion, however we could not get two cases in the boot! Normally there are four of us and we order a std SUV which will take four cases without any problems. We will be traveling to Florida again next year and will once again book with US Car Hire. Sold the 'return empty' extra at pick up . Should have declined as cheaper to fill the tank at any petrol station.
