This was our 4th visit to Orlando and and our 4th time booking through US Car Hire. Everything was very smooth from the online experience to the service at the desk. No Hard sell at the counter for extra indurance and up to the point and including the returning of the car everything was excellent. I would recommend to my family and friends and We will definitely use this company again. Thank you for playing a part in making our 2 week holiday to Florida a brilliant time. Can't wait go return. Added a further 2.6k over three weeks of faultless performance from the car on our trip through Arizona, Utah, Nevada and California. We have used US Car Hire on our last three US trips and will continue to do so.

Quick self serve booth at Orlando worked well. Slight disappointment in only one vehicle in class on offer.However following morning had to return vehicle as windscreen cracked overnight.Replaced without any trouble and good selection to choose from. Certainly would use this service again.

Used the Kiosk (with assistance from Alamo representative who was very helpful) Queue at desk looked long ! From arrival at the Alamo area it took about 15 mins and we were on our way. Car was superb with adequate room for 4 adults and 4 suitcases and hand luggage. We rented Sat Nav (may have been cheaper to pre-book) and it proved useful as we did quite a bit of driving. Drop off at Orlando very easy and would definintely use you again and will be recommending to others.

The Alamo employe was a little difficult and tried to sell me an upgrade and insurence and and extra gas (empty back). Later in the garage I heard that there were no intermediate, and I got an midsize SUV. That was an very nice car.
